Today, we are presenting a report of influence from various media channels in the real estate tokenization industry. We have analyzed the data coming from 35 real estate blockchain projects.

We have found that in this industry is actively used 7 popular social media platforms. We have rated platforms by the audience.

Three dominant sources to spread information are Telegram, Facebook, and Twitter, which are accumulating nearly 95% of the total auditory.


Telegram channels and chats have the biggest auditory with 358,780 users. Entrepreneurs actively use different functions of Telegram to inform auditory about the latest news, to draw token, prizes and other promos.

Twitter is the leader in using by projects — 28 of 35 teams have active account.

We concluded that just a few real estate projects use YouTube and Instagram.

The leader in terms of social media audience is LATOKEN, that includes 155,048 users. Also, we found out that the website of this project has been visited 1,300,000 in April. Thus, the project is a leader in both audience size and market capitalization (on May, 13th 2019).

It is interesting that the second in term of social media audience is Beenest, which has 139,720 users. However, by capitalization, Bee Token takes only 15th place in Assetum ranking (on May, 13).
